In 99% of cases yes. Change of company owner does not cause automatic expiry, because the licence is tied to the company, not the natural person. In marginal cases the authority may ask the new owner to confirm meeting requirements - we will guide you.

Yes. Before sale we verify every company and present ZUS and tax office certificates confirming no arrears. You also receive the full company history and registration documentation. Upon request we can confirm this status at a notary.
